Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems

    CME Civil maintains accreditation to AS/NZS 4801:2001. The Safety Management System has been certified by an external and recognised independent authority (Quality Control Services).

    Our commitment to safety is foremost. As stated in the Safety Policy, CME Civil values the personal safety of all employees, subcontractors, site visitors and the wider community; they will not compromise on safety. They adopt all relevant construction related policies into project-specific safety plans.

    The CME Civil quality system is certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Systems. There is continual improvement to our quality processes to maintain best practices.
    CME Civil maintains accreditation to AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental Management Systems. We comply with all standards and legislation to deliver projects in the most responsible manner.

    A site specific Environmental Management Plan is developed for projects after the site team has conducted a comprehensive hazard and risk analysis; all potential impacts are identified to allow mitigation measures to be documented and implemented.
